Internship Overview

Looking for an intern who is passionate about the advertising and marketing space who is excited about having an impact in the world of Online Video. The candidate should be driven by effectiveness, have an eye for detail and uphold our product, efficiency and help ensure that our digital leadership remains at the forefront of what our clients expect from us. 

This is a great opportunity to grow within the business into a permanent role and gain experience in the digital Client Service sphere. 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Assisting the Client Service Team with all admin and clerical duties assigned 
  • Assist in receiving/giving feedback from client/to the production/creative teams 
  • Acquire knowledge of the clients’ business and assist in anticipating needs, solutions and opportunities we could tap in to 
  • Management of client status reports and capturing key information 
  • Proofread/review video content and other media for accuracy before going to the client 
  • Initiate jobs under the direction of the Client Service Team 
  • Assist in coordinating, planning and execution of activities for clients 
  • Assist in building relationships with key clients 

Additional Requirements

  • Maths whizz: +70% for Matric Maths (higher grade) 
  • Computer literacy: MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint 
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills 
  • Exceptional people-management/relationship skills 
  • Own transport required
